Today's Drill: T Position Throwing
Purpose: To emphasize proper arm action.
Set-Up: Players pair off, 25-30 feet from one another to start.
The Drill: Thrower separates hands with thumbs pointing down, bringing arms into a T position before throwing.
Coaches' Corner: The idea is to avoid short-arming. This drill can be integrated as a reminder into every warm-up at the beginning of practice.
